Sustainable Mobility Convention in Rio de Janeiro 25 - 26 November 2009
At the heart of the urban renewal
CTS-Brasil (Centre of Sustainable Transport Brazil) and Challenge Bibendum, with the support of Rio de Janeiro State and City Hall organize the ‘Sustainable mobility Convention in Urban Renewal’ in Rio de Janeiro on 25th and 26th of November 2009.
The demand for mobility is increasing and is causing authorities in the larger Latin American cities to rethink their transport strategies and solutions. For the first time in this continent, a transportation event focus on the top decision makers that command the destiny of these big cities: the Mayors.
The convention is an opportunity for the mayors and their teams to debate with international industry partners (solution providers) and organizations (Professional and Institutional Associations) about innovative initiatives and best practices in urban renewal projects and to discover some of the more recent and promising advances in the fields of individual and collective transport.
